Types of Massage:
Kriya (kree-ah) Massage: Relief of emotional and physical stress through a continuous dance like motion. Developed in 1970, Kriya Massage combines the techniques and strokes from Swedish, Neuromuscular, Somo-Emotional Release and Energy work. The therapist use their sense of intuition to provide an individually designed massage.

Hot Stone Massage: Hot Stones are used to melt away tension in muscles. Cold stones are used to reduce heat and inflammation.

Herbal Bodywrap: The use of organic herbs on the body to cleanse and detoxify, ease arthritis, lubricate joints, and moisturize the skin.

Paraffin Treatments: The use of paraffin on portions of the body, or the whole body to ease arthritis, lubricates joints, relieve muscle tension, and moisturize the skin.

Ear Coning: Relieves ear congestion and removes wax. Includes facial massage to stimulate release of sinus congestion.

Reflexology: Use of reflex points in hands or feet for energy circulation to organs and systems.

Craniosacral: The use of the cranial rhythm and techniques to release connective tissue, enhance body movement and allow its correcting ability to realign structure.

Myofascial Release: The use of gentle massage and fascia stretching and re-distribution to help relieve pain.

Raindrop Therapy: (RDT) This technique involves dropping nine essential oils, one-at-time, directly onto the spine from approximately six inches above the spinal area. The oils are then worked into the spine using light strokes with the fingers, which stimulate energy impulses and disperse the oils along the nervous system throughout the entire body. In this way, the body can be brought into balance and the energy centers cleared and re-aligned. It may also help to reduce spinal inflammations and kill viruses that hibernate along the spinal column.
By stimulating the central nervous system, the client receives a total body treatment, affecting every system in the body including, emotional releasing and support.

Raindrop Therapy has been known to stimulate every organ, muscle and bone of the body at a cellular level through the delicate application of certain oils, boosting the immune system and enabling the release of toxins or 'dis'-ease where they may be lodged.

Amylynns Massage and Wellness Techniques uses Young Living Essential Oils which are 100% pure, organic, medicinal grade oils for this wonderful health-conscience treatment.
The oils used in this treatment are:
Valor, oregano, basil, marajoram, cedar, peppermint, wintergreen, aroma siez and thyme.
All of these oils contain important molecular structures that are extremely important to the health and well-being of our human body.
Although a session lasts approximately 60 minutes, the oils will continue to work in the body for a week or more following the treatment.

Benefits Of Colon Hydrotherapy:
Compression of neighboring organs disappears or attenuates when volume reduces in the colon. Relaxing effect on organs above intestines such as the liver, heart, and lungs. Sensation of lightness may be experienced.
